We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship (see below).
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

- EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGINAL PART IS RETURNED TO US AND EVALUATED. SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO Vapin' in the Cape
- THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS IS 30 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECEIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT
- IF THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN OPENED AND CAN BE RE-SOLD, VAPIN IN THE CAPE MAY, AT THEIR DISCRETION ACCEPT THE PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY.
- SOME PRODUCTS MAY HAVE A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY THAT IS GREATER THAN THE 30 DAY WARRANTY PROVIDED BY VAPIN IN THE CAPE. IN THIS CASE, WE WILL ASSIST YOU WITH RETURNING THE PRODUCT TO THE MANUFACTURER.
- MANUFACTURER WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OVER-TIGHTENING CARTOMIZERS/ATOMIZERS, OR CHARGERS (CAUSING THE TOP OF THE BATTERY TO SEPARATE), SITTING ON YOUR BATTERY CAUSING BATTERY TO BREAK, DROPPING BATTERY, USING THE INCORRECT CHARGER, COSMETIC ISSUES, EXPOSING BATTERY TO EXTREME HEAT OR COLD, EXPOSING BATTERY TO WATER, OR ANY OTHER MISUSE OF BATTERY.
For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, Please contact us to help find a solution.
Products that are functional, not sold by Vapin' in the Cape, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.
Eligibility for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Vapin' in the Cape are not eligible for exchange.
