| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 12:00PM EST, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THIS PRODUCT, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship (see below).
Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
NO returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.
- THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED
- NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON E-LIQUID
- NO WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS OR CARTOMIZERS
- EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGINAL PART IS RETURNED TO US AND EVALUATED. SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO Vapin' in the Cape
- THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 14 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECEIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT
- IF THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN OPENED AND CAN BE RE-SOLD, VAPIN IN THE CAPE MAY, AT THEIR DISCRETION ACCEPT THE PRODUCT FOR EXCHANGE AND/OR REFUND. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY.
- MANUFACTURER WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER OVER-TIGHTENING CARTOMIZERS/ATOMIZERS, OR CHARGERS (CAUSING THE TOP OF THE BATTERY TO SEPARATE), SITTING ON YOUR BATTERY CAUSING BATTERY TO BREAK, DROPPING BATTERY, USING THE INCORRECT CHARGER, COSMETIC ISSUES, EXPOSING BATTERY TO EXTREME HEAT OR COLD, EXPOSING BATTERY TO WATER, OR ANY OTHER MISUSE OF BATTERY.
For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, Please contact us to help find a solution.
Products that are functional, not sold by Vapin' in the Cape, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.
Eligibilty for refunds, repairs or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failuire. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than Vapin' in the Cape are not eligible for exchange.
Please contact us if you feel you have a defective product. Instructions will be provided after we receive your request.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. |

| FREE USPS Priority Shipping on orders over $75. Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Vapin' in the Cape or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. |

| Vapin' in the Cape shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Vapin' in the Cape shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vapin'in the Cape shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Vapin' in the Cape shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |
