510 CE2 Clearomizers (XL)

Okay, so I was using standard Horizontal Coil 510 Cartomizers that came with my Ego 510. I was super excited to get these, but ended up pretty disappointed. For one, juices with higher VG concentration DO NOT WORK with these! The VG juice will soak into the wick, but when puffed, just leaves a burn taste. Two, even with PG juices, I can only take one puff every couple of minutes. Anymore than that, and I yet again get a burnt tasted. I wouldn't recommend these unless you're a very light smoker. A tip, though. Removing the mouthpiece and vaping straight from the cartomizer definitely gives a better hit, so hopefully, you won't end up vaping too often and getting the bad taste.

I have tried many different 2 piece and 1 piece cartridges, and have found this product to be the best. It has a greater capacity, tastes better, and doesn't leak so to speak. The provided tip allows air to enter the small fill holes which leads to the liquid entering the coil and down the center tube while lying on its side. A round drip tip will mostly prevent this. I have tried several types of e-liquid from PG based to PG/VG based liquid, with the PG/VG base almost always partially filling the center tube and running out at the battery if left lying on it side. NOTE: A tapered cone will not fit down over the clearomizer, you will need a strait cone to protect the clearomizer from being damaged in your pocket.

Great concept, hard to fill unless you have a syringe. First hit is good, then they start to get dry, and drier. I found if you take it apart and unravel the wick thread, it sucks up the juice quicker. Don't get me wrong, I do like these, they don't leak, no liquid in mouth, you just have to make an adjustment to them to work great.

I bought these for the first time to use while my K-tank was being restocked in the store. I am sorry I did. 3 of the 5 never stopped with the burning taste. I went in and Buddy explained to me to stick a pin thru the rubber leak stopper and this will help with the problem. It did help, but I found myself having to do this every 15-20 minutes. Personally I was getting ill from the taste and smell and ended up throwing them all away.
